Onlyest support
For app help, bug reports, account access, privacy requests, or account deletion support, email us at hello@onlyest.app. Include your Onlyest username if you have one, but never send your password or a verification code.
Safety and abusive content
Use Report on the relevant title or user in the app whenever possible. Reports are private and include the context our safety team needs. For an urgent safety concern or if you cannot use the in-app report, email us with “Urgent safety” in the subject.
Account deletion
Signed-in users can choose Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access your account, email us from the address associated with it so we can help verify the request.
We review support requests as promptly as possible. Emergency situations should be directed to local emergency services.
